LOL Nazgum is the reason i made a shaman! hes killed my bw too many times to remember and has done some amazing things that i highly doubt i can do.
Nazgum….HANDS down the best solo shammy I ever have seen….BUT that made for him being strictly built for ganking/solo hunting….he was a horribad healer from what I saw and heard from other destro (haha)…..but I don’t think he ever cared cause he played exactly how he wanted and took it in an interesting direction (I still say the “Nazgum distracts a WB of Order” tactic was one of the most underutilized on Ostermark! hahaha)
Nazgum was the master of the solo shaman, check his videos out if you wanna learn a few tricks for Ardz.
You can get any noob off the street and they could keep your group alive. You guys are a good group, but that is it. I don’t see covennx videos like nazgum. He had like 5 people on him and he killed them all. Where are you doing this?? Or wait your not, you have guard bots, OP BW doing R/D.
I feel i gotta step in and defend Nazgum some here. Iv known him from other games, going back to 98 or so, and he is everything else than “another scrubplayer”.
You can compare your discussion with swimming. Some elite swimmers prefer a full body swimsuit, since its “better, faster”(aerodynamics you know…), but the dude who beat 7 World records in the latest olympics didnt use one, cause he personally DONT LIKE IT, dont feel comfortable in one and for HIM specific, it is slower!
So full body swimsuit or not, Nazgum is a feared and wellknown shaman on Ostermark(he moved to a more populated server now, but still), and it sure isnt because of the fact that he is a “clicker”.
PS. Do people post threads about “not fighting YOU”, cause they will only end up dead and miss the raids….? DS.
Just wanted to say from years of playing with Nazgum on a DikuMUD: he absolutely does not cheat. He’s the kind of guy who enjoys finding a unique approach to things which can catch people offguard. He gets his thrills out of winning a fair fight. In fact, if he came across someone who is AFK or having link problem he is known to not mess with them because it simply isn’t sporting.
It got so bad for a while that the rule went out “When and if you chase Nazgum and you die 1) you are not getting a rez and 2) you are getting kicked from the WB for not following the leader’s orders.
Nazgum is probably the best played Shaman from Ostermark, probably here too. His situational awareness is leagues a head of anyone else.
So you got owned, at least you got owned by one of the best.

Most fun I’ve ever had was being in a small group with Naz and a few others. Once I was dead and floating in the river, I watched Naz kite two order around in circles in Praag, over the bridge, through the water, around and around. Told him not to rez me cause it was too damn funny.
People from both realms of Ostermark will tell you that Nazgum is the best kiter and solo shaman from our server. Nazgum knows and uses terrain to his advantage better then anyone I’ve seen, especially in KV.
One thing he is not, is a cheater! I have had much fun with Nazgum over the past few months. Win and lose (probably more lose), but I’ve had my good nights. He’s probably killed me the most in KV too.
That being said, his reputation proceeds him for us former Ostermark people. It was well known that if you are in a warband and you went to chase Nazgum you are on your own. All order has heard these words:
“DON’T CHASE! It’s Nazgum”
“If you chase Naz, we’re not coming to rez you”
Nazgum is the best of the best IMO After running on ostermark with him a few times I realized that this guy doesn’t mess around some of the best 6 and under battles i have ever had
